Tip: Get out and maneuver though all types of environments and on all types of terrain. You never know when you might need to run for protection, even for a short burst. Get a gauge of your abilities by traversing through a rocky trail at a range of speed that you can safely and effectively run, turn, jump, duck, stop and start again going uphill, downhill, crossways, diagonal, then progressively increase your agility and endurance. However you want to start is fine, just get out and do it. Add another level of training while it's hot and humid (or raining). Remember to wear proper footwear, clothing, and make certain you have your EDC... Or meet up with us and we'll train together.
